These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
Dealer Websites operates with complete flexibility — there are no minimum contracts and no fixed-term commitments. You are free to use our services on a rolling basis, and should you wish to cancel, we simply require written notice to ensure a smooth and clear account closure process.
Payments are collected either monthly or annually via direct debit, with bank transfer available upon request. Invoices that remain unpaid after 7 days may result in a temporary suspension of services. If payment is still outstanding after 14 days, services will be cancelled. Accounts that have been cancelled and later require reactivation will be subject to a £75.00 reactivation fee.
A full refund may be requested for new customers within 14 days. Partial refunds are only available to customers who pay annually and only in circumstances where the selected package can no longer be provided due to a system issue that cannot be resolved within 7 days. All approved refunds will be processed via BACS.
Vehicle data provided through our platform is sourced from third parties and may not always be accurate. VRM data is supplied by UKVD and should be reviewed before vehicles are made live, as Dealer Websites cannot accept liability for any incorrect vehicle information. AutoTrader Connect integrations may occasionally fail to update correctly; therefore, we strongly advise AutoTrader customers to regularly check their website to ensure vehicle prices, descriptions, and details are accurate. While we perform daily data integrity checks, these processes may also occasionally fail.
Vehicle data exported to third-party platforms is processed through our export service. In the event that exported data is incorrect or corrupted, we will investigate the issue, however Dealer Websites cannot accept liability for such occurrences. We recommend that dealers export their vehicle data weekly using the CSV export tool. Although we carry out daily backups, we also strongly encourage dealers to maintain their own local backups as an additional safeguard.
Dealer Websites will not share your data with any third-party marketing companies. We do not store any financial information relating to customer finance applications within our database. Accounts that have been terminated will be permanently deleted from our systems after 30 days. To request a copy of your customer data, please email [email protected].
Dealer Websites works with a wide range of trusted third-party companies to provide data services, integrations, marketing tools, hosting, and other essential platform features. While we carefully select our partners, certain services, data feeds, and integrations are operated and controlled by these external providers.
As such, their availability, accuracy, and performance may be subject to their own terms, systems, and technical limitations. Dealer Websites cannot be held liable for interruptions, inaccuracies, or issues arising directly from third-party services.
